Many thanks to Donna and Karan who managed to get British Airways to confirm my reservation as long as I purchase the ticket in person at least 2 hours before the flight. If all goes as planned, I will be in New York City Friday evening.

I am being allowed to visit Arman today before I leave Karaganda -- maybe during my travels I'll have a chance to post some more photos of him (since I know that is the main reason you check the blog!).
